Family dues are $5,800 per year for a full golf member. No cart fees, no range fees, no lockerroom or bag storage fee,no food minimums or assessments.

How do these fees compare to other clubs? |

Annual fees are by far the lowest in the area, most clubs charge for ala carte items. Our initiation fee is one of only two that are fully refundable.

Yes, the club will finance initiation deposits for golf members.

Members average early to mid 40's. Most have children.

Yes, in golf, swimming and tennis. We also have a kids' fishing tournament, childrens poolside movies, winter carnival, pool carnival, brunch with Santa and various other seasonal activities.

No, all immediate family members under 23 play for free within the annual dues.

At BPGC we are proud that we do not ‘nickel and dime’ you with range fees, locker fees, handicap fees, cart fees, etc. Your annual dues cover everything except the food and beverage you choose to purchase and guest play.

Who owns the facilities if not the members? |

The golf course is owned by Malec Holdings II, the original developer of the course and subdivision. Members have contractual rights, including a right of first refusal if the course is ever sold.
